Desecration December, day 25: Obituary
Obituary might be more thematically appropriate for Easter than Christmas, but the red guaranteed it would get today's slot. Obituary is the one of the funnest live bands I know and pulls great crowds. I haven't paid much attention to their post-reunion material but they're kinda the AC/DC of death metal: even if you don't know the specific song, you still know the song. Different in that respect from fellow OGs At the Gates (day 19) Carcass (day 24). Still, The End Complete is one of my all-time faves.
